To return an item to S&C Distribution Company for repair, calibration certification or any other reason complete the below form and click “Submit” below.  You will be sent a numbered Return Goods Authorization by e-mail, which will include the S&C address to which the unit should be sent.   If you are returning a unit for Credit, you will be contacted by an S&C Representative to qualify the reason for the return.
